Guava Smoothie

Guavas are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, folic acid, and the dietary mineralspotassium, copper and manganese. Having a generally broad, low-calorie profile of essential nutrients, a single common guava fruit contains about four times the amount of vitamin C as an orange.

  • 2 guava cut into small pieces take out the seeds with the help of knife
  • 5 tbsp of fresh curd
  • 1 1/2 cups cups vanilla ice-cream
  • 3-4 tbsp of sugar


1.    Combine the guava peices, curd,sugar, vanilla ice-cream and blend in a blender till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
2.    Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.

3.    Serve chilled.
