  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 3/4 cup grated white radish (mooli)
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • 1tbsp oil
  • Green chilli chopped
  • Onion -1 chopped
  • Salt to taste


1.    Put oil in a kadai add cumin seeds +onions +green chilli+salt let it cook for 15-20min

2.    Take flour in a bowl put oil+salt+ajwain knead into a soft dough,Divide the dough into small equal portions.

3.    Roll out each portion thinly into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle,two similarly for one paratha

4.    Take 1tbsp of cooked mooli and spread over it and cover it another circle,press it with hand to close its ends properly.

5.    Cook each paratha on both sides on a non-stick pan, smearing a little oil on each side, until brown spots appear on the surface.

6.    Serve hot or cold with parsley yoghurt spread.
