        Green onions-1/2kg (cut into small)
        Onion-1/2 finely chopped
        Potatoes-3-4(cut into small pieces)
        Green chili-3-4
        Salt-as per taste
        Red chili powder-1/2tsp
        Panch Phoran-1tsp

    1)Pour oil in a kadai at medium flame put Panch Phoran to it.
    2)Add onion,green chili,tomato,red chili,haldi,salt stir them properly
    3) Add potatoes and toss to coat with spices
    4) Add two tablespoons of water. Cover and reduce to low. Cook for 10 minutes. Add green onions
    5) Stir well. Cover, increase to medium. Continue cooking, for 5 minutes
    6)When it is done ,remove from stove.
    7)Pour sabji in a plate with yummy roti.Enjoy Friends
