Date Biscuit Roll

1 cup washed dates
1 cup of nuts (almonds, pistachio, cashews)
1 tbsp pure ghee 
1/2 cup poppy seeds (khus-khus)


1)Wash and coarsely grind nuts. Than dry roast them and keep aside.
2)Next, dry roast poppy seeds.
3)Chop the dates in grider after removing its seeds and make a smooth paste.
4)Now agian time to switch on the flame and take a frying pan, add a tablespoon of ghee and dates paste. Cook it for few minutes until you see it start to become little hard. Add roasted nuts in it. Turn off the flame.
5)Now wait until it cool down to a room temperature.
6)Take the complete paste and roll them to a cylindrical shape.

8)Roll it in roasted poppy seeds. Put this roll for refrigaration uncovered for about 30 minutes.
9)Now cut them with the help of knife into small biscuit shapes.
10)Serve and store in fridge in air-tight container.
