Ingredient 
  • Ginger -garlic paste 4-6 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • oil 1 Teaspoons
  • Chopped onion-1
  • Chopped tomatoes -1
  • Chopped green chillies - 2-3
  • Meat (leg portion) 500 Grams
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
  • Flour-1 bowl
  • Cumin powder  Pinch
Instructions
1)Take one cup flour in a bowl .Add pinch of salt,oil and water and knead to make a dough then keep it aside.


2)Remove bones, skin and fat from meat and cut into 1 to 2 size pieces and mince it or buy a minced meat directly from the market.
3)Take a pan add oil ,fry onions then add salt, turmeric, garlic and ginger, green chillies, 



4)To the above step add tomatoes once the tomatoes are dry then add minced meat keep mixing, then add cumin powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder, chilli powder cook till the meat becomes dry and tender, once it is done add coriander leaves. 

5)Transfer it in a plate to cool down.Now take dough make small dumpling with equal quantity of stuffing, and  make a chapati.




6)Take a pan cook both the sides with butter or ghee.



7)Enjoy hot Keema Parathas.
