Instant Rice Flour Pancake

Ingredients• Rice Flour-one bowl
• Sugar-1/2 bowl
• Milk-for making batter
1)Mix Rice Flour+ Sugar+ Saunf properly in a bowl
2)Add Milk to this mixture to make a smooth batter
3) Gently pour this batter onto the center of the pan - just as you would for a pancake with the help of spoon.
4) spread the batter in sweeping circular motions to form a pancake
5) drizzle the oil all over the surface of it and also around its edges.
6) When the upper surface begins to look cooked (it will no longer look soft or runny), Allow to cook for 1 minute after flipping.
7)when it is done take this out in a plate
8)You can have it in breakfast/evening chai as per your liking
