Ingredients

  1. 1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro











  1. 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  2. 1 onion properly chopped
  3. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp haldi powder
  6. 1tsp coriander powder
  7. 1tsp cumin powder
  8. 1tsp chicken masala
  9. 1 tablespoon green chile paste
  10. 1 tablespoon salt
  11. 2tbsp of tomatoe puree
  12. 2bay leaves
  13. 2tbsp cokking oil
  14. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks


Instructions

1.    In a large bowl, grind together the cilantro, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chile paste,onion,all spices and salt. Place the chicken in the bowl, and marinate with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.





2.    Heat oil in large skillet put cumin seeds+bay leaves+Tomatoe puree after that add premarinated chicken cook for around 1-1/2 hour.

3.    After chicken become tender serve in bowl and have it.
