Ingredients:


  • ·         Oil-2tbsp
  • ·         Bay leaves-2
  • ·         Onions-1chopped
  • ·         Ginger paste-1tbsp
  • ·         Fry all of them
  • ·         Haldi-1tsp
  • ·         Green chili-as per taste(2-3)
  • ·         Dalchini-2
  • ·         Moong Dal-1/2 cup
  • ·         Rice-1cup

Instructions

1)Fry moong dal separately
2) Soak rice and moong dal for few minute
3) Put Oil in a cooker add Bay leaves ,onions,ginger paste,green chilli,haldi,salt fry all of them properly
4)Pour soaked rice and moong dal into this,add 3cup of water close the lid
5)Wait for 2-3 whistle
 6)Serve hot,garnish with coriander leaves
